Lost Shipments
In the rare case that a shipment gets lost in transit, please follow these steps:
File a Dispute with the Carrier: You must contact the shipping carrier and file a dispute for the lost shipment.
Share the Dispute Details with Us: After filing the dispute, send the case number and supporting documentation to our customer support team at support@flexindustries.com.
Review and Resolution: Our support specialists will review the dispute details and decide whether to issue a replacement shipment.
In most cases, we require customers to purchase our lifetime warranty before we process a replacement for the lost shipment. Customers are also responsible for any shipping costs related to the replacement.

We do not ship drop-in triggers for civilian use to the following states: CA, CT, DC, DE, FL, HI, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, RI, and WA.
